Frequently answered questions

Do you charge for a quote or site visit?
No, our initial survey for quoting purposes is free of charge. Where possible we’ll quote from photos or a video call. If we need to visit in person, we’ll book a convenient time and then send you a clear, itemised quote.
Our pricing reflects the premium level of service we provide. Charges are per hour, 1 hour minimum then in 15 min. increments. 8am – 6pm £88 Incl VAT / 6pm – 12pm £154 per hour incl VAT Materials supplied by Pure Electrical are subject to a trade 30% charge. All prices are subject to VAT. Payment in full on receipt of invoice.

We’re based in Bracknell Forest/Wokingham and typically work within around 60 minutes’ drive. This includes Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Yateley, Camberley, Bracknell, Wokingham, Farnborough, Fleet, Guildford, Woking, Reading, Ascot, Windsor and surrounding areas.

Yes – all of our workmanship is backed by an 18-month warranty on labour. Parts and materials are covered by a 5 year warranty, and we’re always happy to help if anything needs attention after the job.
Are you fully qualified and insured?
Yes. Our electricians are fully qualified, Napit registered under the competent person scheme and fully insured. For EV charging we are also OZEV-approved installers. For Solar PV, we are MCS Certified
Yes – we work with private landlords and their tenants, including EICRs (landlord safety certificates), remedial works and general electrical maintenance. We don’t take on social housing contracts or volume work for letting agents.
Yes – we’re OZEV-approved EV charge point installers. We handle everything from checking the existing supply and installing the charger to testing, certification and notifying the relevant bodies .
We take real pride in tidy workmanship. We use dust sheets and protective coverings on flooring/ carpets where needed, keep disruption to a minimum and clean up thoroughly at the end of the job.
