Do you charge for a quote or site visit?

No, our initial survey for quoting purposes is free of charge. Where possible we’ll quote from photos or a video call. If we need to visit in person, we’ll book a convenient time and then send you a clear, itemised quote.

What are your rates?

Our pricing reflects the premium level of service we provide. Charges are per hour, 1 hour minimum then in 15 min. increments. 8am – 6pm £88 Incl VAT / 6pm – 12pm £154 per hour incl VAT Materials supplied by Pure Electrical are subject to a trade 30% charge. All prices are subject to VAT. Payment in full on receipt of invoice.

Which areas do you cover?

We’re based in Bracknell Forest/Wokingham and typically work within around 60 minutes’ drive. This includes Sandhurst, Crowthorne, Yateley, Camberley, Bracknell, Wokingham, Farnborough, Fleet, Guildford, Woking, Reading, Ascot, Windsor and surrounding areas.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes – all of our workmanship is backed by an 18-month warranty on labour. Parts and materials are covered by a 5 year warranty, and we’re always happy to help if anything needs attention after the job.
