No, our initial survey for quoting purposes is free of charge. Where possible we’ll quote from photos or a video call. If we need to visit in person, we’ll book a convenient time and then send you a clear, itemised quote.

Which areas around Fleet do you cover?

We serve Fleet including Church Crookham, Elvetham Heath, and surrounding neighbourhoods, along with nearby towns across the South East within roughly an hour’s travel.

What are your rates?

Our pricing reflects the premium level of service we provide. Charges are per hour, 1 hour minimum then in 15 min. increments. 8am – 6pm £88 Incl VAT / 6pm – 12pm £154 per hour incl VAT Materials supplied by Pure Electrical are subject to a trade 30% charge. All prices are subject to VAT. Payment in full on receipt of invoice.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes – all of our workmanship is backed by an 18-month warranty on labour. Parts and materials are covered by a 5 year warranty, and we’re always happy to help if anything needs attention after the job.
